Nemzetközi program a gyümölcs- és zöldségfogyasztás növelésére II. – „az egészséges család” európai uniós projekt bemutatása

Absztrakt

2014. november és 2015. június között az Európai Unió Egészségügyi és Fogyasztóvédelmi Főigazgatósága kezdeményezésére „Az egészséges család” elnevezésű európai uniós vizsgálatra került sor Lengyelországban és Magyarországon. Célja az volt, hogy növelje a gyümölcs- és zöldségfogyasztást.

„Az egészséges család” program célcsoportja – elsősorban az alacsony jövedelemmel rendelkezők közül – azokra terjedt ki, akiknek a családjában várandós nők, tíz–tizenöt év körüli gyermekek és hatvanöt évesnél idősebb felnőttek élnek. A projekt kezdetén és végén kérdőíves felmérés történt. A program indulásakor a kérdőívet ezernégyszáztizennégyen töltötték ki.  A program végére ezerkétszázhetvenegy kitöltött kérdőív érkezett.

Az egészséges család” európai uniós projekt azt mutatta, hogy a vizsgált csoportban a zöldség- és gyümölcsfogyasztás bár messze az ajánlott alatt maradt, de a program során növelhető volt. A részvevőkben tudatosította a zöldség- és gyümölcsfogyasztás növelésének szükségességét, akik a kapott receptekből elsajátíthatták a belőlük készíthető ételeket.

International program for the promotion of fruit and vegetables consumption II. Presentation of the European project: „The healthy family”

Abstract

Investigation, named “The healthy family” has been carried out on the basis of the initiative of DG SANCO between November 2014 to June 2015 in Poland and Hungary. The aim of the project was to increase the consumption of fruit and vegetables. The target groups of “The healthy family” project were pregnant women, people above 65 year or older and children between 10-15 years in families with low income.

Questionnaire measurements happened at the beginning and at the end of the project.

At the beginning of the project 1414 persons filled out the questionnaire, and 1271 persons do it at the end.

“The healthy family” project showed that the fruit and vegetables consumption increased in the target groups, but still remained under the consumption suggested. The project has awaked the participants to the consciousness of the necessity of a higher fruit and vegetables consumption, and by the application of the recipes they got, they became able to prepare the foods from them.
